TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY STUDENT CHAPTER
The Texas A&M University chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers strives to promote the civil engineering profession by improving its members in all aspects of professional development and promoting the Texas A&M core values of excellence, integrity, leadership, loyalty, respect, and selfless service.
WHO WE ARE
Here at Texas A&M we strive to promote the profession of civil engineering and all activities of engineering interest to our members. Together, we seek to increase awareness of the duties surrounding civil engineers in industry, while recognizing the interests and needs within the Zachry Department of Civil Engineering, The College of Engineering, and the community as a whole.

WHAT WE DO
The American Society of Civil Engineers at Texas A&M offers various opportunities for engineering students to work together within the college, the profession, and the community. Providing a combination of professional civil engineering presentations, outreach, social, and intramural activities, our members are able to engage with other engineering students in a friendly and interactive environment. Lastly, ASCE offers a group for freshman (F.A.C.E.) interested in the civil engineering major, as well as two competition teams, steel bridge and concrete canoe, for those interested in competing on a local and national level.
